Mast section quality is closely connected to safety of tower crane.How to select the mast?

Normally the raw material and whether it is from authorized supplier of steel are the 1st concern. Besides, there are some other identifying method can be applied----mostly visual inspection.

I. See if the connection and flexibility and lubrication at all parts are good. If there is any rust on it or the connection point is blunt, then skip it. Normally this is resulted from scarce maintenance.

II. Check if the mast is smooth in overall surface. If it is, the mast is good and might be well  machined.

Good quality should always be put into consideration when it comes to buying mast, Selecting the mast of high cost-effectiveness from the good quality ones is very important.
